By downloading or using JoPass, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Credits

Credits are purchased in packs and used to book services on the platform. Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits do not expire.

2. Bookings

You may cancel a confirmed booking up to 12 hours before the session start time for a full credit refund. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session start time are non-refundable.

3. Venue Changes & Cancellations

JoPass is not responsible for cancellations or changes made by venues. In the event a venue cancels your booking, your credits will be automatically refunded in full.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. JoPass is not liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

5. User Conduct

Users must comply with the rules and policies of each venue. JoPass reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misconduct, abuse, or violation of these terms.

6. Availability

JoPass does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code within JoPass is the property of JoPass. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

JoPass is a booking platform and is not liable for the quality, safety, or conduct of any venue or service listed. Use of venues is at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

JoPass may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
